আগেমনো

ডোবা তেলে ভেজে যে খাবার তৈরী করা হয় তাকেই জাপানীতে বলা হয় "আগেমনো"৷ এই পদ্ধতিতে রান্নাকরা সবচেয়ে বিখ্যাত জাপানী খাবারের নাম হল তেমপুরা (tempura). ডোবা তেলে ভাজবার জন্য যে প্যান ব্যবহার করা হয় তাকে বলা হয় "আগেমনো-নাবে"(agemono-nabe), সেটি দেখতে বিশেষত চীনা রান্নার জন্য ব্যবহৃত পাত্রের মতো৷
